Welcome to the Montreal branch of the Contemporary Poetry Reading Group, hosted by Concordia University's Centre for Expanded Poetics.
The CPRG is a weekly reading group focused on contemporary poetry and poetics. We will spend the first half of each weekly meeting reading the book together and the second half discussing the text. That means no prep, all poetry!
Meetings will be held in the CEP (LB 681 - 1400 de Maisonneuve Ouest) every Tuesday from 2-4pm. Meetings generally run for two hours, though we are under no time constraints; come and go as you please. Do your best to bring a copy of the text for each week, or be prepared to share. New friends are always welcome.
If there is a book you would like to read in the group, suggest it by emailing cprg.cep@gmail.com or try us on the fb.
