M. Wright - The Tangible/Intangible Book

M. Wright is a graphic designer whose practice and research interests include book design, typography, publishing as artistic practice, and feminist/queer histories and archives. She is an associate professor in the department of Design and Computation Arts at Concordia. Her design work has been exhibited in New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Barcelona, Mexico City, and Montréal, and has been recognized by the Type Directors Club, Print magazine, the American Association of Museums, and the New York Book Show. Her book designs have received praise in the New York Times Book ReviewArt Monthly, and The Daily Telegraph, and reside in the permanent collections of the National Design Archives (US) and Columbia University’s Butler Library.
